Labor Relations Manager

The Labor Relations Manager oversees employee relations functions, labor relations, and compliance with labor laws to build and maintain positive employee relationships within the district. The role involves managing collective bargaining, contract administration, grievance resolution, and employee investigations. This position also serves as the Title IX Coordinator and provides training and guidance to administrators and staff on labor agreements and employment regulations.
