Labor Relations Negotiator

The Labor Relations Negotiator supports the Labor Relations Office in collective bargaining and union interactions, ensuring coordination and project management of labor-related activities across various university units. The role involves acting as a liaison between the office and internal/external clients, responding to contract inquiries, and leading negotiation teams. This position partners with the team to promote the University’s mission while managing non-bargaining contracts and internal processes.
