Labor Relations Specialist

This role provides labor relations expertise by representing the Authority's interests in union contract negotiations, grievance hearings, and meetings with union officials. The position involves administering collective bargaining agreements, serving as a hearing officer, and collaborating with union and management to resolve disputes. The specialist also monitors compliance with labor agreements, prepares reports, and assists with training and unemployment compensation hearings.
