Laboratory Aide (Part-Time)

The Laboratory Aide supports the department with clerical and ancillary duties related to opening and handling clinical cases for patient output. This role works cross-functionally with Accessioning and Block Returns departments, performing tasks such as video receipt of incoming specimens, packaging send-outs, and transporting cases between departments. The position also involves maintaining diagnostic viability of specimens and documenting case activities within the Laboratory Information System.
