Laboratory Assistant

This role involves assessing, accessioning, and processing patient specimens for testing within the Laboratory Medicine department. The position requires safely handling infectious materials, verifying physician orders, and maintaining accurate computer logs and quality control procedures. The incumbent will also manage specimen storage, troubleshoot preanalytical errors, and assist with equipment maintenance and supply inventory.
