Laboratory Assistant

Northern Health is seeking a motivated Laboratory Assistant to join the Central Specimen Reception team, responsible for receiving, sorting, preparing, and transporting specimens for analysis. The role involves assisting with the registration of pathology requests into the laboratory information system and performing laboratory investigations and general duties as directed by senior staff. This is an ongoing part-time position working a 48-hour per fortnight rotating roster that includes overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
