Responsibilities

• Receive and resolve client service requests and complaints in real time
• Answer telephone inquiries for test results and provide accurate information
• Coordinate stat request pickups with courier services as needed
• Input data into laboratory information systems and scan documents
• Initiate call reports to prevent repeat errors and maintain quality standards
