Laboratory Director

Nanobiosym is seeking a Laboratory Director to lead the establishment, certification, and operation of its high‑complexity CLIA‑certified laboratory in Massachusetts. The role provides clinical, scientific, and regulatory oversight to ensure accurate, reliable testing and compliance with CLIA, CAP, and state requirements. The Director will manage the laboratory quality management system, approve policies and validations, and support continuous improvement and inspection readiness.
