Laboratory Director

This role is responsible for the overall operation of the laboratory and the competency of all laboratory personnel, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and accrediting regulatory requirements. The position involves conducting performance improvement, quality control, and supervising the Laboratory Department while maintaining a safe environment for testing. The incumbent oversees technical functions, manages staff training and evaluation, and ensures the accuracy and reliability of patient test results.
