Under minimal supervision, this role maintains and supports the Core Lab Information System, instrument interfaces, and middleware while acting as a liaison with Epic. The position ensures adherence to all regulatory agency guidelines and standards within a clinical laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain and support Core Lab Information System and instrument interfaces
Troubleshoot and resolve user identified system issues with Epic
Design and validate instrument interfaces and auto-verification programs
Ensure compliance with regulatory agency guidelines and standards
Create system documentation and provide user training on middleware tools
