Laboratory Manager

Burnett Medical Center is seeking an experienced Laboratory Manager to provide overall leadership, operational management, and regulatory oversight of the hospital laboratory in a Critical Access Hospital setting. The role ensures the delivery of safe, accurate, timely, and cost-effective laboratory services in full compliance with CLIA regulations, CMS Conditions of Participation, and Wisconsin state requirements. This full-time position involves a mix of administrative duties and bench work, including days, weekends, and on-call hours based on a scheduled rotation.
