Laboratory Manager

This role oversees the daily operations of the laboratory, including staffing, workflow, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. The position provides daily management and strategic direction to ensure adherence to standards set by FACT, Joint Commission, OSHA, and CLIA. It involves developing quality assurance systems, coordinating clinical trials, and managing staff training and hiring processes.
