Laboratory Operations Lead

Epicrispr Biotechnologies is seeking a highly organized Laboratory Operations Lead to support the operational infrastructure of its growing research and development organization. This role coordinates laboratory operations, procurement, vendor relationships, equipment, and environmental health and safety activities to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant laboratory operations. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with R&D and other internal teams to evaluate operational needs, develop processes, and identify solutions to support the company's evolving research programs.
