About this role

The Laboratory Planner will support Science + Technology projects by developing program requirements, conceptual layouts, and detailed design criteria for a variety of laboratory environments. Working with senior planners, architects, engineers, and clients, the role involves preparing drawings, specifications, and documentation using Revit and related software, as well as participating in client meetings and construction administration.

Responsibilities

Develop program requirements and conceptual layouts for laboratory facilities
Prepare and coordinate project drawings and specifications using Revit
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design laboratory workflows and service distribution
Conduct client meetings, gather feedback, and document design decisions
Support construction administration and respond to field questions
