Laboratory Section Supervisor

This position provides supervision for a laboratory section(s) of a clinical laboratory, directing technical operations and human resources to ensure optimal efficiency and regulatory compliance. The role involves acting as an interdepartmental liaison, resolving operational issues, and providing training and coaching to staff. The supervisor also assists in developing new procedures and may perform technical responsibilities of Med Techs or Lab Specialists as needed.
