Laboratory Supervisor

Under the supervision of the Director of Laboratory, this role oversees the daily operations of the Laboratory department to ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulations. The position involves analyzing specimens to support disease diagnosis and treatment while providing safe laboratory services to diverse patient populations. The supervisor is responsible for managing up to thirty professional and skilled personnel and maintaining effective communication with medical staff and external agencies.
