About this role

The Laboratory Systems Analyst serves as the technical and operational bridge among Laboratory Services, Information Technology, clinical operations, technology vendors, and external laboratory partners. This role supports the systems, interfaces, instruments, and workflows required for accurate and timely laboratory order processing and result delivery. The position involves administering and optimizing the Laboratory Information System (LIS), supporting LIS-to-EMR interfaces, and maintaining analyzer and middleware connectivity to ensure reliable laboratory services and regulatory compliance.

Manage system interfaces and troubleshoot HL7 messaging between LIS and EMR platforms
