Laboratory Technical Supervisor

The Laboratory Technical Supervisor provides technical and scientific oversight for the general laboratory, microbiology, and point of care services at Firelands Health. This role supports the Director of Laboratory Services and Medical Director in ensuring the continuous, reliable operation of the department, including phlebotomy and anatomic pathology. The position involves collaborating with hospital staff to manage care, specimen collection, and customer service to ensure quality patient care delivery.
