About this role
The Laboratory Technician performs qualitative and quantitative testing of process and product attributes to ensure food safety and product quality, supporting compliance with applicable regulations and third-party standards. The role manages lab operations, documentation and coordination with plant management and external labs to support product release decisions. This position works rotating 12-hour shifts on-site in Goodyear, AZ and reports to the Quality Control Supervisor.
