Laboratory Technician

This role involves performing waived, moderate, and highly complex laboratory tests across various disciplines including Hematology, Blood Bank, Chemistry, and Microbiology. The position requires adherence to strict quality control policies, accurate documentation of patient results, and the ability to troubleshoot test system deviations. The technician will also be responsible for instrument maintenance and may serve as a Lead Tech in the absence of supervision.
