Laboratory Technician

Under the supervision of the Laboratory Manager, this role performs laboratory tests across toxicology, chemistry, hematology, immunology, and microbiology to support patient diagnosis and treatment. The position involves managing blood bank inventories, maintaining quality control standards, and ensuring the confidentiality of patient information. The technician also serves as a technical resource for staff training and participates in quality improvement and antibiotic stewardship programs.
