Labour and Employee Relations Specialist

The Labour and Employee Relations Specialist at Cytiva supports HR and business leaders across the Nordics as the regional point of contact for labour and employee relations within a multinational life‑sciences company. The role is based onsite in Uppsala, Sweden and interfaces with trade unions, works councils, and Danaher’s global ER function. It contributes to building compliant, inclusive workplace practices and leverages data to inform proactive HR strategy.
