Labour Controller | Rochdale

The Labour Planning & Control Lead is responsible for end‑to‑end planning, control, and optimisation of production‑based labour across the site, ensuring the right number of people with the right skills are deployed to meet forecasted volumes safely and cost‑effectively. The role works closely with production, planning, finance, HR and agency partners to provide governance, monitor labour spend and performance, and drive continuous improvement in labour efficiency and utilisation.
