The Labourer supports the Construction Team in delivering assigned homes from excavation through to completion, contributing to an exceptional customer experience while maintaining schedules and upholding company values. This role involves cleaning and dusting all rooms, eliminating excess debris, and ensuring the site remains tidy and safe throughout the construction process. The position requires adherence to health and safety policies and may include additional duties as requested by management.
