Lactose Plant Operator

The Lactose Plant Operator is responsible for producing high-quality lactose by operating and monitoring equipment such as dryers, evaporators, crystallizers, and decanter systems on a 2nd shift rotating schedule. The role includes routine cleaning, maintenance, adherence to SOPs, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.
