Commonpoint Queens
This part-time summer internship program offers high school and college students the opportunity to participate in paid professional placements with leading corporations, non-profits, and government agencies in New York City. Participants receive comprehensive orientation and career development support, including resume-building workshops, interview preparation, and networking strategies. The program runs for six weeks with two cohort options and provides up to 25 hours of work per week at $16.50 per hour.
Commonpoint (Commonpoint Queens) is a community-based nonprofit serving the greater New York City area that delivers neighborhood programming and support to people and families. It runs local hubs of services, events, and educational and social programs designed to strengthen residents, seniors, and children across Queens and surrounding neighborhoods.
