Lamination Operator

The Lamination Operator position involves performing duties at Feed In, Buttweld, or Exit End under the direction of the Lamination Department Direct Operators. The role requires ensuring a safe work environment, aligning fabric edges, starting machines, inspecting fabric for defects, and conforming to future changes with flatbed technology. The operator must maintain daily production goals, follow detailed procedures, and handle physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
