Land Development Manager

The Land Development Manager oversees the day-to-day management, coordination, and execution of land development and vertical development activities for a large mixed-use master planned community in Waxahachie, Texas. This role serves as the primary field and project management resource, coordinating with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. The position is responsible for managing infrastructure, amenities, and community assets while supporting the long-term buildout of the development.
