Land Development Project Manager

This role provides hands-on project management support for land acquisition, entitlement, and land development activities within residential community projects. The position manages portions of development projects, coordinates consultants and contractors, and ensures tasks are executed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards. It serves as a key liaison between internal teams, consultants, municipalities, and external partners while supporting departmental effectiveness through tracking, reporting, and process management.
