Land Director

Crest Nicholson's South Division is seeking a Land Director to lead the Land department and oversee all land purchase activities to meet acquisition targets and maximize financial contributions. The role involves ensuring the Divisional Planning team secures timely planning consents and working with the central Partnerships & Strategic Land team to secure options and affordable receipts. This position requires a highly experienced professional with a strong network and proven procurement skills to manage the land bank effectively.
