Land Manager

The Land Manager leads the land function for Schell Brothers' Nashville division, overseeing land acquisition, entitlements, development, and lot delivery across a growing portfolio of communities. This role involves strategic leadership, hands-on management of budgets and schedules, and serving as the primary point of contact for land-related strategy and performance. The position requires building strong relationships with municipalities and leading the Land Acquisition and Land Development Managers.
