About this role

An OPFOR Land Subject Matter Expert supporting NATO Joint Warfare Centre exercise planning and delivery, providing domain expertise to ensure realistic opposing-force effects at operational and strategic levels. The role operates within the Exercise Control (EXCON) structure, engaging with exercise stakeholders and contributing to exercise design, scripting and execution. The position is embedded on-site at Stavanger, Norway and may be appointed as Chief OPFOR Land cell depending on exercise requirements.
