Land Use Planner

Under the supervision of attorneys, this role performs substantive case and matter-related duties while independently managing large multi-disciplinary project teams through the zoning entitlement process. The position involves coordinating efforts between attorneys, clients, consultants, and government officials to support land use, real estate development, and transitional housing projects. The role requires drafting applications, findings, and legal documents, as well as researching codes and reviewing environmental plans.
