Land Use Planner

Under the supervision of attorneys, the Land Use Planner manages multi-disciplinary project teams through the zoning entitlement process and coordinates efforts between attorneys, clients, and officials. The role involves preparing land use applications, drafting findings and project descriptions, and reviewing zoning exhibits and plats. The position requires interacting with municipal staff to monitor application reviews and assist with real property acquisition and development documents.
