Landscape Account Manager

The Landscape Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between commercial landscape maintenance clients and DCPS Landscape Operations, ensuring client expectations are met through consistent service delivery and proactive communication. This role involves coordinating maintenance, irrigation, chemical, and tree care services across a portfolio of accounts while resolving client issues and identifying opportunities for enhancements. During the winter season, the position also supports snow and ice management operations by communicating with clients and coordinating service requests.
