Language Facilitator

The Language Facilitator provides direct language instruction for Deaf and Hard of Hearing students in a one-on-one or small group setting, focusing on language development rather than interpretation. This role involves collaborating with teachers to ensure student needs are met, monitoring comprehension, and reinforcing classroom instruction. The position requires intermediate to advanced proficiency in American Sign Language and experience working with students who have language deprivation.
