Large Loss Director

The Large Loss Director is a senior technical individual contributor responsible for overseeing, consulting on, and resolving the most complex and catastrophic workers' compensation claims. The role provides company-wide leadership in policy interpretation, litigation management, reserving, and claim resolution strategies while mentoring and supporting claims professionals across the organization.
