The Large Loss Estimator is responsible for estimating and managing high-value commercial, industrial, institutional, and complex residential restoration projects resulting from various catastrophic events. This role involves developing comprehensive estimates, negotiating with insurance carriers, and collaborating with clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycle. The position requires advanced Xactimate skills and extensive experience in large-loss restoration to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably.
