Large Loss Estimator

The Large Loss Estimator is responsible for estimating and managing high-value commercial, industrial, institutional, and complex residential restoration projects resulting from fire, water, storm, environmental, and catastrophic losses. The role involves developing comprehensive estimates, negotiating with insurance carriers, managing budgets, and supporting operations teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and profitably. This position requires extensive experience with large-loss restoration and advanced Xactimate skills.
