This position is part of Valmont's production team, focusing on manufacturing infrastructure components that support agriculture and energy sectors.

Responsibilities

Assemble pole products by tack welding small parts to shafts using GMAW, FCAW, and SAW processes.
Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine required parts for assembly.
Utilize plasma torches, jib cranes, and motorized grinders to fabricate and modify components.
Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, organized workplace following LEAN practices.
Perform ultrasonic testing and adhere to prescribed welding codes and procedures.
