About this role

The Laser Characterization Engineer will own the bring-up, characterization, and validation of Lightmatter's laser modules and photonic systems, guiding products from first-light through manufacturing qualification and production hand-off. The role involves developing test plans, automating measurements, analyzing data, and collaborating with controls, photonics, and production teams to ensure reproducible, manufacturable results.
