Laser Field Service Technician

The Laser Field Service Technician is responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of TSUGAMI laser machine tool equipment and controls at customer sites. This role involves troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and documentation. The position requires extensive travel to customer locations across the United States and occasionally internationally.
