LATAM Maintenance Coordinator

The LATAM Maintenance Coordinator will support U.S. residential property management operations from a remote location in Latin America, handling maintenance requests from intake through completion, coordinating with residents, vendors, and property managers, and ensuring accurate documentation. The role requires experience with property management software, Section 8 properties, and property preservation, as well as strong English communication and independent remote work skills.
