Lateral Intake Conflicts Manager

This role assists the Lateral Intake Conflicts Manager in coordinating the conflicts review process for new business and special interest initiatives during the onboarding of new firm business services candidates, associates, partners, counsel, and other strategic hires. The position facilitates the resolution of conflicts of interest and business sensitivity issues by managing conflicts documentation, coordinating assignments, and liaising with various internal teams to ensure successful clearance. It also involves training intake specialists and handling client and matter registration for transferring new clients to the firm.
