Lateral Police Officer

The Brooklyn Park Police Department is seeking lateral police officers for a January 2027 academy to preserve law and order, protect life and property, and enforce laws in a manner consistent with the department's community-oriented policing philosophy. This role involves proactively patrolling assigned areas, responding to emergency calls, conducting investigations, and fostering positive community relationships to enhance public safety and quality of life. Officers will work full-time shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, while upholding the department's core values of Service, Justice, and Courage.
