Responsibilities

Organize aspects of lateral recruitment, including screening resumes, meeting with attorney leadership, communicating with candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting with day-of logistics
Assist with offers, including preparing offer terms and facilitating conflict and background check processes
Assist the Recruiting Director and Managers with all aspects of lateral recruiting as needed
Conduct market research and present information to internal leadership
Report to the Director of Attorney Recruiting and Senior Manager of Lateral Recruiting
