Lateral Recruiting Coordinator

The Lateral Recruiting Coordinator provides logistics and administrative execution for the full-cycle recruiting process for lateral attorneys, partners, and other legal professionals across all office locations. This role partners with search firms and hiring leadership to source, evaluate, and integrate lateral talent while managing the end-to-end interview experience and onboarding logistics. The position supports practice group integration, data management, and administrative tasks to execute the firm's recruiting strategy.
