Launch Engineer

The Launch Engineer is responsible for ensuring manufacturing readiness and launch robustness, validating that engineering intent is manufacturable and controlled at the build-station level. This role involves overseeing manufacturability assessments, process creation, and build execution support across all phases within an ultra-low-volume automotive manufacturing environment. The position requires leading issue resolution and ensuring deviations are technically assessed and traceable prior to series handover.
