LAUNCH- Financial Leadership Development Program

This is a financial leadership development role involving three 12-month rotations through corporate finance centers or power generation facilities within Florida Power & Light. Participants will gain exposure to critical accounting functions, transaction analysis, and reporting processes across electricity generation and renewable energy sectors. The position emphasizes understanding GAAP compliance, internal/external reporting, and executing special projects like software implementations and process automation.
