Launch Management Manager

The Launch Management Manager leads the planning, execution, and stabilization of new product launches, engineering changes, and capacity expansions at assigned plants. This role ensures timely compliance with customer and company requirements for safety, quality, time, capacity, cost, and operational performance by directing cross-functional teams. The position is responsible for integrating and managing all aspects of product, process, machinery, materials, personnel, suppliers, documentation, and quality systems from program assignment through formal transfer to regular production.
